The Music School of Maine will host the first Maine’s Got Talent as a search for the hottest young performers in the state. Maine residents are invited to participate in the competition by submitting a 1 minute audition video via email or by posting it on the Music School of Maine’s Facebook page.
The talent search has two competition categories: ages 12 and under and 13+. Solo, duet, and trio entries will be accepted. The top 20 contestants will be chosen to participate in the Maine’s Got Talent showcase which will be held LIVE on April 10th at the Music School of Maine at 6 School St. in Gorham, Maine. There will be special guest judges and industry professionals, as well as prize packages for the finalists!

HOW
To audition, create a 1 minute video and post it to the Music School of Maine’s Facebook page or send it in an email to info@dancestudioofmaine.com. There is no registration fee for this competition. If chosen for the final showcase, each participant under the age of 18 will need a waiver form signed by their parents.
WHEN & WHERE
Online and email audition videos must be posted or sent by April 1st, 2010. The Maine’s Got Talent finalist showcase will be held at 6 School St in Gorham, Maine on April 10th.
