Active Maine Families: Back to School the Healthy Way

Portland, Maine- Portland Chiropractic Neurology has announced they are having an Open House on Friday, August 20th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm to share their expertise in what it takes to keep kids and families healthy. The evening is planned with lots of fun activities for all participants. The schedule of events will include nutrition tips, posture and back care advice for students, headache prevention techniques, ADD/ADHD alternatives, healthy snacks, and free spine analysis for children. There will also be a massage therapist on hand to answer questions and offer demonstrations.
“Many parents ask questions about heavy backpacks, school lunches, and health problems for their kids,” says Dr. Aaron MacArthur. “This open house is a great opportunity for us to share important health information with families before the busy school year starts again.”
