Along with the many years of call center experience Potvin brings to her new position, she also brings extensive knowledge of the entire company, insight into effective Organizational Development, and superior leadership skills.

Says company president Susan Lemieux, “Fran has demonstrated excellent management ability as Customer Support Manager of Legacy. We are very pleased that she is able to move into this new position as HR and Organization Development Manager. I’m excited to have Fran grow into an important new role on our team and I’m looking forward to her continued journey of success and growth with Legacy.”

Potvin is equally excited to be promoted to this new position. “One of the most rewarding things for me is to see people grow and develop, either within their current roles at our company or as they transition to new ones. I appreciate the opportunity to support our employees and uphold the values of Legacy Publishing Company.” In addition, “Through Legacy, I’ve received some excellent training from the Gestalt International Study Center; I look at this new role as my chance to share this knowledge and positively impact the organization.”
