PORTLAND, Maine – Laser Focus Coaching, an integrated coaching and mentoring program that helps businesses and individuals reach their business goals, officially launches its service this month.
Laser Focus Coaching helps develop people personally and professionally by helping them reach business goals and grow prosperity, while at the same time increasing joy. The program recognizes that achieving goals in the workplace and achieving joy in life are completely interconnected and cannot be separated – one cannot be achieved in full without the other.
Pre-screened participants will go through a six-month integrated, coaching program that laser-focuses on increasing profits, moral, and market share, coupled with one-to-one mentoring.
“By participating in a coaching program and engaging in one-on-one mentoring sessions, people realize they don’t have to go it alone,” said founder Sandy Bonney. “People learn from each other and feel supported. Trust binds them together. And, they gain confidence and courage in knowing they aren’t the only ones taking the leap of faith and that someone else really cares about what they are doing.”
Laser Focus Coaching will hold a FREE workshop on Tuesday, April 12, from 8–8:45 a.m., at the Portland Regional Chamber titled “Everybody Needs A Plan… It’s That Simple.” A similar workshop will also be held on Thursday, April 16, from 6-7 p.m. (Location to be announced; call 207.318.9940 for details). And, Laser Focus Coaching’s first 6-month coaching and mentoring program will begin on Thursday, April 28.
