Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty has expanded their market by merging with Powers Real Estate, a prominent real estate agency in Yarmouth, Maine and has brought on Powers’ experienced team members as part of that merger.

Carrie Martin grew up in Pennsylvania, and moved to Maine in 1990 after graduating college. Since then, Yarmouth, Maine has been her home. Carrie brings great experience to the table, having worked in land protection, sales and marketing, the legal field, and at a local construction company. Her two young sons have given her the opportunity to meet many people within the Yarmouth community.
Lisa Wentzell has lived in Maine most of her life, residing in Yarmouth for the past 15 years. Lisa and her family enjoy various activities from boating on the Casco Bay, to skiing and snowshoeing. Lisa is a proud mother of three, and has worked in sales and marketing. Real estate has always been a passion of Lisa’s. She has a wealth of personal experience in buying and selling a number of residential properties and helping friends find the perfect house.
