Experience as Trial Attorney and Developer

PORTLAND, Maine – Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, announced today that the head of its Real Estate Litigation Group, David A. Soley, has published The Real Estate Litigation Handbook to share his more than 25 years of professional experience with the industry.

Real estate litigation is unique in that it offers some of the most challenging legal principles and strategies for trial attorneys.
