DOGTOBERFEST: A Beer Festival for Dogs

The Animal House is happy to announce their “DogtoberFest” schedule of events, to be hosted from Thursday, October 25th to Wednesday, October 31st.

Each day during this week will feature a different activity:

Thursday, 10/25: Rabies Clinic, Dr. Karin Tichy, 2:30-5:30pm

Friday, 10/26: Special Guest, Maine Friends of Animals, an animal advocacy group, 2pm

Saturday, 10/27: Pet Adoption Clinic, 11am-2pm

Sunday, 10/28: Pet First Aid/CPR class (by registration only, humans only, please)

Monday, 10/29: Wash-a-Thon: 50% off all proceeds from our Self-Service Dog Wash to benefit the Lincoln County Animal Shelter- all day

Tuesday, 10/30: Howl-o-ween Party for Pets, 5pm-7pm

Wednesday, 10/31, Trick and Treat (bring your dog in costume, have them do a trick, get a free treat bag!)

All DogtoberFest events will take place at The Animal House.

In honor of DogtoberFest, a limited edition doggie beer will be served (good for even dogs under 21!). And what Dogtoberfest would be complete without sausages and bratwurst apawtisers?

DogtoberFest…fun for the whole family! Leashed, well-behaved pets are welcome for this event. DogtoberFest is sponsored by Merrick Pet Care.
